Initial consultation- £50 (up to 1 Hour) this includes a detailed assessment, diagnosis, treatment + Plan
Review/Follow up sessions £45 (45 mins) re-assessment/ongoing treatment, combination of hands on based therapy, and exercise based sessions.
Sports Massage
1 hour- £50
Running/Gait Assessment
Involves Running Analysis (treadmill) combined with movement tests and muscle testing of strength in association with the injury- (1hour £50).
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy – £45. Usually, x5 sessions are required also combined with advice/exercise
Injection Therapy
Cortisone-Steroid Injection – £170 (includes the cost of the prescription)
Hyaluronic Acid Injection – £300
Cingal- combined steroid + hyaluronic acid injection – ask for details
Strength/Conditioning Exercise Rehabilitation Session or Pilates
These sessions are usually booked following advice from an initial physiotherapy session aimed at a full strength related program for the duration of the session.

Corporate Rate/Occupational Health
If you are a business owner and want to provide a bespoke physiotherapy link for your staff, I can provide this service on site or at my clinic. This can include hands on therapy, detailed exercises to suit individuals specific job roles. Reports for management/occupational health to assist with return to work/adapted duties etc.
