Assessment

This is where I will take a careful detailed medical history, taking the time to listen to get to the root cause of your problem. Combining a physical assessment of the problem area/s, and discussing your goals, and what you would like out of your physiotherapy treatment.

Treatment

Based on your initial assessment, I can offer a wide range of treatment’s to assist you back to recovery,this can include manual/soft tissue therapy, Pilates, and a carefully structured exercise program that is progressive to get you back to where you would like to be. In addition, I will soon be offering shockwave therapy which is an evidenced based treatment used for treating chronic tendon problems of the knee, shoulder, foot and ankle.

For Work, Life, Sport, Health

If you are an office worker with neck, back or upper limb pain, these are common problems we can all suffer from at any stage of our life. With a detailed assessment, and a treatment plan, I can assist you with these problems, and either maintain your health for work, or assist with a return to work during sick leave absence. If you a local runner, athlete, or have a sport/hobbie where you arestruggling with a new injury, or trying to continue with a long-term injury, again I have the experience and skill mix to help to return you to sport or adapt a long term program to help you maintain your sport/hobbie. If you are feeling particularly stuck in a rut with a chronic/persistent physical problem, and have never considered physiotherapy, then you are more than welcome to speak to me over the phone to see if I can help with the problem prior to booking in.
