There are occasions when it might not be feasible or accessible for you to attend my clinic, If this is the case I can travel to you if you live within the East Durham area. Examples of when you could use this service could be-

Pre-Surgery- (awaiting hip or knee replacement)- Pre surgery rehabilitation can be extremely useful to run through a range of the exercises that will be fundamental on getting the best out of your new joint post surgery.
Post Surgery- (hip or knee) or any general surgery, once you are back home, if you are waiting for NHS physiotherapy, or wanting that bit of extra help with progressing your rehabilitation, mobility, and general confidence then I can help you here aswell.
Sports Massage, same service I offer based at my home clinic, alternatively I can come to you to provide a sports specific massage.
